4 sticks of butter
1 c powdered sugar
3 c flour
1 tsp almond extract
Beat the butter add the powdered sugar and flour. Whip it for 10-15 minutes till it's light and fluffy. Drop on a un greased cookie sheet and bake at 275 for 10-15 minutes. Add a butter cream frosting.
